The focus of the Pilot 1 is on the relief of the metatarsophalangeal joint. Here, the ToePilot® (patent pending) with its unique geometry deflects the pressure during the rolling process and prevents overloading of the first strand. This technical innovation does not require any stiffening of the sole. The naturally cut, wider toe box provides exceptional comfort during rolling and especially in the propulsive and push-off phase: the big toe can perform its most important function as an anchor and stabilizer without restriction. With this unique feature you counteract the annoying 'runner's hallux'. Thanks to the lacing tunnel, the Pilot 1 sits securely over the instep without constricting. Our midsole made of innovative nmblFoam® lasts up to three times longer than conventional foams with significantly higher resilience values. The crash-pad is modeled after the naturally rounded shape of the heel bone, initiating a smooth, balanced transition from landing to propulsion phase. The innovative PU foam adds a few grams more to the shoe weight, but does exactly what it's supposed to: maximum comfort and relieved push-off during longer runs on asphalt. Tolles Laufgefühl

Bisher meine besten Laufschuhe, erst mal etwas ungewohnt mit der Zehenfreiheit, habe mich aber schnell daran gewöhnt.

super Laufschuh

Bisher konnte ich nur gute Erfahrungen mit dem Pilot1 machen. Am Anfang fand ich ihn etwas steif, aber das hat sich nach kurzer Zeit erledigt. Den ToePilot spürt man fast nicht, da muss man sich schon stark darauf konzentrieren.

Bin begeistert!

Nach dem ich bereits einen Ultreya getragen habe, wollte ich den neuen Pilot1 ausprobieren. Durch das neue Material fühlt er sich anders an, trägt sich aber genau so gut wie der Ultreya. Der Schaft hinten ist etwas höher, daran musste ich mich kurz gewöhnen und die eingebaute Schiene spürt man fast nicht.
