Buyer protection and secure payment

Warranty & Return

Our shoes are guaranteed for 2 years against material defects. Normal wear and tear caused by wearing the shoes is excluded. In this case, please contact us via our complaint form and we will check your case and contact you.

If you do not like the shoes or they do not fit, use the DHL return label enclosed in the package to return the shoes to us. The return is free of charge within Germany, Austria and Switzerland. For all other countries, you bear the cost of the return.

Secure payment methods

Pay comfortably by Paypal or your credit card and use the protection functions for your payment methods. From the second purchase on we also offer the purchase on account within Germany and Austria. This way you can comfortably try on our shoes at home and return them to us free of charge if you are not satisfied or transfer the invoice to us within 14 days.

Secure data transfer via SSL

The Secure Socket Layer method - SSL for short - is an encryption method for the secure transmission of personal and sensitive data from your browser to our Joe Nimble server on which we operate our online store. You can recognize the secure connection by the small padlock in the address line of your browser, as well as the indication of HTTPS in the address line: https://www.joe-nimble.com - the "S" in https stands for "Security".

Trusted Shops - Buyer Protection

Since 2019 we use Trusted Shops with their buyer protection to secure your order. Trusted Shop You can also contact us directly via Trusted Shops in case of dispute. In all other cases, we are always happy about a positive feedback with 5 stars at Trusted Shops and share your experience with us and other customers and interested parties.

As a manufacturer, we are a member of bevh. The bevh is the central association of German e-commerce and the political representative of retailers who account for 90 percent of online sales in the end customer business. Every year, the online store is tested by the EHI on the basis of 200 individual criteria. If the test is successful, the store is awarded the EHI Geprüfter Online-Shop seal of approval.
