Vitor works in the Portuguese Military Security Force and is a former "Special Operations" member. In recent years he has consistently developed as an extreme ultra runner. He has an impressive record of podium finishes, including victories at the KEYS 100 in the U.S. last year and the 2020 PT 281 (175 miles) in Portugal, as well as the 226km ExtremoSul ultramarathon in Brazil last year. During the pandemic, he ran over 255 km in 24 hours around a track, which is the highest mark achieved in 24 hours in Portugal. In 2019, he completed the grueling Badwater 135 and is looking to compete again in the near future! After testing Joe Nimble, Vitor's reaction speaks for itself, "Honestly, after so many years of running, I've never felt anything like it!" he said.
