Your big toe belongs pointing forward, not sideways. The Big Toe Spacer brings it back to its natural position – gently but effectively. Made from super soft silicone, it automatically adapts to your foot size and is barely noticeable after just a few minutes.

Just 10 minutes of daily wear can improve your big toe mobility and support natural foot alignment. Wear the spacers while walking – the effect is minimal when sitting or lying down. Best results come in combination with targeted foot exercises.

Insert the spacer tip-first between your big toe and second toe. After some adjustment, you can optionally insert it the other way around to work more progressively.
