You have the option of returning unworn/clean items from your order within 30 days.

Please note that Joe Nimble does not offer free returns for international returns. The following returns portal is only used to generate the returns confirmation as a parcel enclosure. You will also see the return address on it. You must create the return label yourself and at your own expense with a shipping service provider of your choice. Please read through the following points briefly, so that your parcel arrives safely and can be processed quickly.

Important!

Carefully pack the items you wish to return in the original box. Have your customer number and the order number of your order ready! You will find both on the invoice you received by e-mail. The order number begins with JNOR...

Please pack the original shoe box in the outer box in which you received the shoes. This will ensure that your return reaches us safely.

Please print out the returns confirmation and put it in the parcel, this makes it easier to assign the parcel to your order. Your return can then be processed more quickly! Please note that the return slip in not a shipping label.

Send the parcel with a shipping service provider of your choice at your own expense and at your own cost. You can also find the address on the returns confirmation:
