General description of the service

In this webshop, Joe Nimble GmbH offers an extensive range of running shoes with toe freedom and a focus on the big toe. The range includes road running shoes, trail running shoes, hiking shoes, recovery shoes, sneakers and gym shoes.

Joe Nimble is a manufacturer of running shoes with its own sales department focusing on the web store. We only sell products from our own production.

Description of the applicable legal requirements

The requirements for accessibility are set out in the Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG), in particular § 14 BFSG in conjunction with § 3 para. 1 BFSG. § Section 3 (1) BFSG, as well as the underlying ordinance to the Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG), derived from the European Accessibility Act (EAA).

Details on the fulfillment of accessibility

Our website is partially accessible in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ordinance to the Accessibility Reinforcement Act (BFSG) to ensure that our services are accessible to all people.

We are committed to creating digital experiences that are accessible to all people - regardless of their individual abilities.

A central component of this commitment is the continuous improvement of the accessibility of our website in accordance with the EN 301 549 v.3.2.1 standard, which is based on the international WCAG 2.2, level AA guidelines.

In this way, we ensure that users with motor impairments or without a mouse can easily reach and use the most important functions.

For people with visual impairments, we have integrated auditory supplements that are output by screen readers. These ensure that content is clearly understandable, structured and intuitive to use, even for those with impaired vision. This includes descriptive alternative texts, semantically correct heading structures and clear navigation instructions.
