Lightweight, flexible and designed for serious outdoor adventures, the boot features increased grip on technical terrain through the Michelin rubber compound. The hydrophabic textile upper, the soft inner lining and the additionally sealed inner seams support the protection and durability in all weather conditions. The tongue is attached to the upper and thereby prevents stones and dirt from entering into the shoe. The 10mm thick EVA midsole is particularly lightweight, protects the foot while allowing a direct feeling on the ground without affecting flexibility. In terms of walking experience and comfort, the new wanderToes 2.0 Lite remains true to the legacy of the original as customers worldwide have come to know and love it. The shoe comes with a second pair of laces in black/anthracite.
ADVICE: After approx. 500km of overall running distance, the Addict footbed may have worn down a bit and should be replaced with a new one in order to avoid pain or injuries. Whether this is the case after 500km or only after 800km depends on your individual situation. It's best to listen to your body carefully, then you are probably on track. Ich habe mir diese Schuhe vor 2 Monaten in Berlin gekauft. Bisweilen hatte ich sie bei einer 155km Wandertour an und kann daher eine fundierte Bewertung abgeben. Der Übersicht halber werde ich die einzelnen Aspekte in Stichpunkten formulieren:
Positiv:
- große Zehenbox, komfortabel
- schönes Design
- atmungsaktives Material - auch nach 5 Tagen wandern bei Temperaturen über 30 Grad war der Geruch noch in Ordnung.
- hochwertige Verarbeitung und haltbares Material
Negativ:
- große, harte Naht im Fersenbereich - Blasenbildung an beiden Füßen
Für mich ist dies eine Fehlkonstruktion bei dieser Preisklasse
- Abstand zwischen Schuhschaft und Bein sehr groß (siehe auch Bilder und Video) - Beim Absteigen auf Kieswegen hatte ich eigentlich alle 300 - 400m ieinen Stein im Schuh
- weiches Material schützt den Knöchel nur wenig
Insgesamt bin ich von meinen ersten Joe Nimble enttäuscht. Insbesondere die Blasenbildung im Fersenbereich lässt mich etwas ratlos zurück. Was mache ich jetzt mit diesen Schuhen? Nach einer Wanderung für vllt die Hälfte des Preises verkaufen?

Der wanderToes ist eines unserer erfolgreichsten Modelle und gerade die von Dir aufgezeigten Kritikpunkte waren bisher kein Grund zur Beanstandung. Daher gehen wir davon aus, dass evtl. eine fehlerhafte Verarbeitung vorliegt. Vorschlag zur kulanten Lösung anbieten können.
Ich kann noch keinen Dauertest abgeben, aber nach 3 Wanderungen in den Alpen kann ich nur sagen, dass nach allen Touren die ich zuvor mit Schuhen mit festen Sohlen gemacht habe, meine Füße deutlich mehr geschmerzt haben! Ich habe noch nie einen Wanderschuh gehabt der so bequem und trotzdem mit dem nötigen Halt am Fuß war!
Über loses Gestein auf Geröllfeldern kann ich mir Vorstellen, dass ein festerer Schuh hilfreicher ist, aber für die normalen Bergpfade sind die Schuhe bislang klasse!

Der Schuh ist wieder super bequem. Mir kommt er jedoch etwas enger als der WanderToes im Ballenbereich vor.
Bitte auf keinen Fall enger werden, wie das ein anderer Hersteller leider gemacht hat.
Für schmale Füße gibt es genug Schuhe für breite Füße gibt es nur einen: Joe Nimble :-)

Dies sind meine ersten Barfußschuhe und ich benutze sie für tägliche (Offroad-)Spaziergänge mit den Hunden. Ich hatte ein wenig Bedenken, wie es wohl werden würde auf stark geschotterten Wegen, wurde jedoch positiv überrascht: man hat ein gutes Gefühl für den Boden und der Fuß kann darauf reagieren, aber man spürt kein „Pieksen“ und es ist alles andere als unangenehm - schon beinahe wie eine Massage für die Füße. Besonders liebe ich die Zehenfreiheit und die Flexibilität der Sohle. Ich habe es schon immer geliebt, barfuß zu sein, trage zu Hause nie Schuhe und das Laufgefühl (damit meine ich nicht nur an den Füßen sondern im kompletten Körper -> Haltung etc.) mit diesen Schuhen ist für mein Empfinden: Laufen wie auf Socken, nur ohne Sorge sich dabei etwas einzutreten, selbst auf steinigem Untergrund.
Einziges Manko, das ich anmerken möchte: bei sommerlichen Temperaturen wird der Fuß sehr schnell sehr warm, was vermutlich mit den verwendeten Materialien zusammenhängt, das ist etwas schade, aber noch kein Grund für mich einen Punkt abzuziehen, denn zumindest lässt das Material auch keine Steinchen oder Baumnadeln u.ä. in den Schuh.
