The Joe Nimble latex heel-pad lifts your heel slightly, which relieves the tendons and muscles at the base of the calf and the back of the foot. In this way, potential inflammation, irritation and overloading can be reduced. In addition, the heel-pad cushions the pressure on the heel and reduces impact loads.

Simply insert the heel-pad directly under the footbed that is already included in the shoe, directly into the heel area of the shoe so that the footbed completely covers the heel-pad.
